• This Smart Menu offer and conditions refer to the promotional offer (Promotion) brought to you by Talku Talku (with website address, “www.talkutalku.com” LinkedIn & Facebook usernames, “Talku Talku”, Instagram & Twitter handles, “Original_talkutalku”) for the Smart Menu product only.
• The Promotion is open to the general public, particularly for businesses in the hospitality industry that require the use of Menus in their operation. By using this Promotion offer, you indicate acceptance of these rules together with any specific instructions and terms for such Promotion that may be mentioned in any electronic messages, on the website, or communicated to you in any other way. Talku Talku reserves the right to change these terms and conditions and, at its absolute discretion, refuse/withdraw the Promotion from a participant or beneficiary at any time.

2. Promotion Rules

• The Promotion qualifies businesses for a discounted Smart Menu as advertised. No further discounts will be allowed.
• The Promotion will end on the 10th of July, 2023, and prices will return to normal.
• Only offers secured by full payment at the discounted price will be considered. Offers not secured or accepted outside the promotion period will not be considered.
• Offers are not transferable and may not be auctioned, traded, copied, transferred, bartered, modified or sold.
• Product delivery is based on a “first come, first serve” basis.
• Discounts apply only to the initial purchase, purchase price, and smart package  features. Discounts do not apply to other charges, including additional features that may require third-party payment, fees and plan renewal.
• Talku Talku reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate a secured offer at any time and for any reason.
• In the event of cancellation, a full refund will be available only during the promotion period. The Smart Menu development will start immediately after the promotion period, and refunds will not be obtainable then.

3. Eligibility

To be eligible for this Promotional Offer, customers must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• Customer must have a business that requires a Smart Menu. Such businesses may include food vending/restaurants, bars, hotels, etc.
• Customer must not be involved in any illegal activities/ventures that will mar the image and credibility of Talku Talku or cause any harm to its followers and customers.

4. Personal Data Protection

•  Upon acceptance of this Promotion, we will use any relevant details submitted to administer the Promotion. With your consent, we will also publish certain details on our website as appropriate and according to our privacy policy.

5. Liability

• We shall not be liable to you if you suffer any loss or damage from the Promotion (including and without limitation, any loss of profits, loss of revenue, or loss of goodwill that arises out of or in connection with the Promotion) or from our refusal to allow you to take part in the Promotion or our withdrawal of the Promotion or any other failure or inability by you to participate in or benefit from the Promotion for any reason.

(i) confirm your acceptance of the Promotional Offer advertised;
