Job Overview

Our creative team is looking for a talented candidate to join us as a Digital Marketing Executive.

The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, developing, implementing and managing the overall digital marketing strategy at Talku Talku. You will source for, and create omnichannel contents for our social platforms, evaluate analytics to adjust content as needed, and promote Talku Talku by pitching articles to various third-party platforms/collaborators. To be successful in this role, you should keep abreast of the latest SEO techniques and be able to follow editorial guidelines when creating content. You will write original copies & scripts, and edit/publish articles, while maintaining brand consistency across online channels. Ultimately, as a top-performing Digital Marketing Executive, you should be able to contribute to the development of strategies that will increase audience engagement and business revenue.

Job Responsibilities

  • Formulate strategies to build a lasting digital connection with our audience.

  • Conduct in-depth research on industry-related topics to plan and develop original content for articles, product descriptions, social media, and the company website.

  • Prepare well-organised drafts and proofread content for errors and inconsistencies before publishing.

  • Collaborate with and assist other departments in developing scripts & copies for campaigns, email marketing and projects.

  • Create contents in diverse digital media formats (articles, graphics, explainer videos, whiteboards, live videos, podcasts), given the content production needs.

  • Optimize content performance according to best-in-class SEO standards, principles and keywords to increase website traffic.

  • Identify consumer needs and recommend new content to address gaps in the company's current content.

  • Manage in-house content planner and other administrative duties.

  • Manage content from ideation to performance tracking and reporting.

  • Interview relevant creatives, where necessary.

  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and practices.

  • Review all contents before they are published or submitted to clients.

  • Create and oversee reports on content (e.g. weekly or monthly).

  • Monitor metrics related to our content, like web traffic and conversion rates.

  • Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on our social platforms.

  • Actively promote TT contents on social media and be a brand ambassador.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or related field.

  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive, Creative Content Writer and other similar roles.

  • Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends etc.)

  • A portfolio of published articles.

  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects concurrently.

  • Effective communication skills and data-driven thinking.

  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM.

  • Drive and determination to learn new things continually.
