Smoothie: How to make Pineapple Mango Smoothie


½ banana (sliced)

1 mango (peeled, seeded, and chopped)

1 cup of natural pineapple juice

1 cup of vanilla yogurt

½ cup of nonfat milk

2 tablespoons cream of coconut


  • We already know how our smoothies go, they have to go into the blender. Add all of your ingredients into your high-speed blender and blend till you get a smooth and creamy consistency. You can choose to refrigerate it so it is slightly chilled.
