The Sales Executive - Smart Menu will play a vital role in generating leads, closing sales, and achieving revenue targets for TT Smart Menu Solution. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background with proven achievements and a good understanding of the hospitality industry (including businesses like restaurants, hotels, bars and online food vendors), including their consumer behavior and emerging technological trends.
They will work closely with our marketing and product teams to align sales strategies and ensure the successful growth of Smart Menu in the market. To excel in this role, the Sales Executive must be adept at translating the technical benefits of digital solutions into clear, compelling value propositions for clients. They will conduct on-site visits to demonstrate the product, understand client needs, and provide tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue, developing strategic relationships, and expanding the market presence of Smart Menu.
Have thorough understanding of our Smart Menu solution.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling and networking.
Conduct on-site visits to restaurants, hotels, and bars to demonstrate the Smart Menu, understand their needs, and tailor solutions to fit their operational requirements.
Develop a robust pipeline of prospective customers and manage this pipeline effectively.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets for Smart Menu.
Work with the marketing team to create and refine messaging and promotional strategies that align with market needs and customer behavior.
Adjust sales tactics based on market feedback, competitor activities, and industry trends.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers in hospitality businesses.
Conduct regular follow-ups with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
Conduct live product demonstrations and presentations to key stakeholders, showcasing the features and benefits of the Smart Menu.
Educate clients on the full capabilities of Smart Menu and how to leverage its features to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Provide ongoing support and conduct refresher training sessions as needed to help clients fully utilize the product.
Gather client feedback on product performance and relay it to the product development team for continuous improvement.
Track and report on sales performance, pipeline status, and market feedback to the team.
Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals and product development.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in digital products or technology solutions.
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Understanding of digital marketing and technology trends related to Smart Menu.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
