Job Overview

The Growth Executive at Talku Talku will be responsible for driving revenue growth through lead generation, strategic partnerships, and sales execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a proven ability to identify opportunities, close deals, and cultivate long-term client relationships. This role is instrumental in scaling our digital solutions across various sectors, particularly within the creative and digital industries where Talku Talku operates.

The Growth Executive will collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and the solutions we offer. Success in this role demands a results-driven approach, a deep understanding of customer behaviour in the digital space, and the ability to convert technical solutions into compelling business value.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of Talku Talku’s service offerings, including but not limited to digital activation, digital strategy, web development, branding, and campaign execution.

  • Identify, prospect, and nurture leads through multiple channels (cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, events, referrals, etc.).

  • Drive the end-to-end sales process; from lead generation to proposal development, pitch presentation, negotiation, and deal closure.

  • Conduct discovery calls and meetings with potential clients to understand their business goals and position Talku Talku’s services as solutions to those needs.

  • Craft and deliver tailored pitches that clearly communicate the value and ROI of our solutions.

  • Manage a sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and consistent follow-ups.

  • Develop and implement growth strategies to expand our market share and client base.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute targeted campaigns, leveraging market trends and client insights.

  • Monitor competitor activities, industry developments, and customer feedback to continuously refine sales approaches.

  • Maintain client relationships post-sale, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.

  • Provide feedback to the product team based on customer insights to enhance our solutions.

  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales activities, pipeline progress, and growth metrics.

Job Requirements

  • 2–3 years of proven experience in sales, growth, or business development roles, ideally within digital services, creative agencies, or tech startups.

  • Strong sales acumen and a history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Solid understanding of the digital and creative industry, including websites, branding, digital campaigns, and marketing technology.

  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate value clearly and persuasively.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Self-starter who is driven by results, adaptable, and capable of working independently or collaboratively.

  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce) to manage pipeline and sales reporting.

  • A curious mindset, eager to learn, iterate, and grow alongside the business.

  • Experience in client-facing roles and comfort with delivering presentations and proposals to decision-makers.
